Hail, you say
Following hail, an odd Transylvanian steam rises from the ground. Hail is hardest on the broadleaf plants, like hostas, that were largely shredded, a trauma from which they are likely to recover due to their immaturity, and an abundance of food. Luckily, it was not a tornado. The house was left standing. What looked bad could have been much worse.
