It had begun snowing sporadically. The furnace warmed the house as the political powers keep threatening to host a depression. Like the farmers said, "If you complain, don't do it with your mouth full." Or, "The best is none too good, and the worst is none too bad." It was still America and people still climbed aboard leaky boats to share what we already had. Bush and Cheney were on their way out. Must not god be in her heaven?
